As you can see, today starts Author Appreciation Week! A week dedicated to letting our favorite authors know how much we appreciate all the hard work that goes into crafting their stories. As an aspiring author, I know it's not a simple thing to get your ideas onto paper in a coherent and entertaining way. It takes a long time between an idea and a final product. There are outlines, research, first drafts, beta readers, edits, rewrites, etc. The process is long and tedious so that the readers can have the best experience possible with the stories they dive into.
The idea for this great week was the brain child of author Heidi R. Kling. Stop by her blog and drop her a line or thank her for coming up with a great idea!
